1. Acceptance of Terms
These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the HolidayIstan website and services, operated by Thermal Holidays Ltd. ("we", "us", or "our"). By accessing our website, creating an account, or making a booking, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.

We operate as a TÜRSAB-licensed travel agency, providing tour bookings, cruise reservations, transfer services, visa assistance, and related travel services in Istanbul, Turkey.
3. Eligibility
By using our services, you represent that you are at least 18 years of age and have the legal capacity to enter into binding contracts. If you are booking on behalf of a minor or another person, you confirm that you have authority to do so.
4. Bookings and Payments
All bookings are subject to availability and confirmation. When you make a booking:
- You must provide accurate and complete information.
- Prices are quoted in the currency displayed and include applicable taxes unless stated otherwise.
- Full payment or a deposit may be required at the time of booking, depending on the service.
- We use secure third-party payment processors. We do not store your full payment card details.
- A booking confirmation will be sent to the email address you provide.
5. Cancellations and Refunds
Cancellation policies vary by service and provider. The specific cancellation terms for your booking will be displayed at checkout and in your confirmation email. Generally:
- Cancellations made more than 48 hours before the scheduled service may be eligible for a full refund.
- Cancellations within 48 hours may incur a cancellation fee or be non-refundable.
- No-shows and late arrivals are generally not eligible for refunds.
- In the event that a service provider cancels, we will offer a reschedule or a full refund.
Refund processing times depend on your payment method and may take 5–10 business days.
6. Changes to Bookings
Requests to modify a booking (date, time, number of participants) are subject to availability and may incur additional fees. Please contact us as soon as possible to request changes.
7. Travel Documents and Requirements
It is your responsibility to ensure that you have:
- A valid passport with at least 6 months' validity from your date of entry into Turkey
- Appropriate visas or e-Visas where required
- Any necessary travel insurance
- Required vaccinations or health documentation
We offer eVisa assistance as a service, but the accuracy of the information you provide is your responsibility.
8. Conduct and Safety
You agree to behave respectfully and follow the instructions of tour guides, drivers, and service providers. We reserve the right to remove any participant from a tour or service for disruptive, dangerous, or unlawful behaviour without refund.
9. Liability and Disclaimers
We act as an intermediary between you and local service providers (tour operators, transfer companies, etc.). While we carefully select our partners, we are not liable for:
- Acts, omissions, or negligence of third-party service providers
- Personal injury, loss, or damage to property during a service
- Delays, cancellations, or changes caused by weather, traffic, or other circumstances beyond our control
- Losses arising from events of force majeure
Our total liability to you shall not exceed the total amount paid for the specific booking giving rise to the claim.
10. Intellectual Property
All content on the HolidayIstan website — including text, images, logos, and software — is the property of Thermal Holidays Ltd. or its licensors and is protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without our prior written consent.
11. User Accounts
If you create an account, you are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. Please notify us immediately of any unauthorised use.
12. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
13. Changes to These Terms
We may revise these Terms from time to time. The most current version will always be posted on this page. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
